This is a general question section. We cannot see what room you are looking at. Our standard rooms do not have sea views. Any room of a category above come with sea view. Superior rooms are on higher floors and therefore have better views.

We are about 25km from Puerto Banús marina, which by car takes around 20- 25 minutes to get there. Alternatively we inform you that Estepona has its own little marina, very quaint, with lots of bars and restaurants. Estepona marina is at 1.5km .
Air conditioning in summer is set to cool and in winter to heat. The force with which it enters the room and the fine adjustment can be done in the room directly. Please note that in order to function, the balcony doors must be closed.

Yes, smoking is allowed on the terrace of the room. Please ask us for an ashtray. On the terrace of the lobby bar there is a small smoking area. We hope this helps.

For hotel guests the price of the 90 minutes Spa circuit is 22€ per person. Multisession passes are available. Reservation is recommended. This includes shower temple, hydrotherapy pool, contrast bench, dry sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, etc.
